A correspondence describing DoCM has been published in Nature Methods: DoCM: a database of curated mutations in cancer. Nature Methods (2016) doi:10.1038/nmeth.4000.

Major website update. A new importing system was implemented to facilitate batch imports. This streamlines the import process and is documented in the batch submission help page. The database was reorganized in to batches and reprocessed through the new automated importer.

Database update. Kin-driver and pan-cancer recurrent hotspots variants were added to DoCM.

Database update. Automatic importer implemented to automatically import relevant variants from CIViC, a database of clinical interpretations of variants in cancer.

DoCM cited by Wagner, A. H. et al. DGIdb 2.0: mining clinically relevant drug-gene interactions. Nucleic Acids Res 44, D1036-1044, doi:10.1093/nar/gkv1165 (2016).. Drug-gene interactions from DoCM are now aggregated along with other sources in DGIdb'.
